Qi Gong is a traditional Chinese practice designed to cultivate and strengthen the body’s vital energy (Qi) through mindful movement, breathing, posture, and relaxation. This class focuses on improving the quality and circulation of Qi while gradually developing Peng—the expansive, resilient quality of whole-body connection that forms the foundation of internal martial arts and health cultivation. Regular practice can help improve balance, mobility, coordination, breathing efficiency, stress resilience, and overall well-being. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Thursday Cup of Joe Morning Meditations
7:00-8:00am w/ Joe Borg

Meditation is the practice of continuous focused attention. In this class, students learn to train the mind through guided meditation, breath work, and mindful awareness. As attention becomes steadier, the mind grows calmer, clearer, and more resilient. This practice complements Tai Chi and Qi Gong by developing the internal qualities of presence, awareness, and self-cultivation that support growth both in training and in everyday life.
