Monday Taiji Foundations
6-7:30pm w/ Dr. Lance
This class is the beginner Taiji foundational class. We focus on warm ups, breath work, stances, parts of the hand and fist, and a short Taijiquan set.

Tuesday Shaolin Kung Fu

Shaolin Kung Fu develops optimal speed and power while integrating and optimizing function of the neuromyofascial subsystems for martial arts practice. Taught by Paul Melodosia

Thursday Taijiquan 24 Form
6-7:30pm w/ Sifu Zephin

This class focuses on teaching the internationally recognized Beijing 24 Taiji set. Created in the 1950s as a simplified shorter form, this set develops balance, length, and focus. Taught by Zephin Basso-Smith
This class STARTS IN FEBRUARY!
Thursday Senior's Taijiquan
9:30-10:15am w/ Dr. Lance
This class is geared towards seniors or anyone with injuries or special needs. The focus of the class is breathing, balance, circulation, and flexibility.

Saturday Guang Ping Yang Taijiquan
9:30-11am w/ Dr. Torres
The Guang Ping Yang Taiji form is considered the original yang style Taiji form handed down secretly by yang luchan himself. Taught by Grandmaster Dr. Torres this class will focus on teaching the long form.
